In this talk on the Bible book titled “The Acts of the Apostles” (commonly called “Acts”), we delve into the historical, geographical, political, and religious background leading up to the singular event known as the day of Pentecost. Importantly, we provide spiritual insights into that event that can guide our individual Christian journey today.

Our goal is to pull forward the lessons those early Church workers learned that day from the Holy Spirit so we can apply them to our own lives. Foremost among those lessons is courage—the moral courage to go into the world and spread the transforming message of Christ Jesus, overcoming all obstacles in our path.
