Taking a “Faith Walk” in Times of Transition

As families, schools and businesses get back to a more normal sense of work, play and travel, a lot of people are contemplating some pretty major changes in their lives.   But how do you know how to go forward–what to do, where to go, how to work, who to spend your time with and all the other questions that are top of mind for so many now?   It all points to one over-arching question: how do you move forward in your life, making the right decisions?

Madelon, your words have brought me to tears – the good kind! I’m so grateful for you and Bible Roads, and the knowledge of the Bible that you so generously share with others. Thank you, thank you, thank you. June’s VLOG, like every month’s, is filled with inspiration and motivation. It reminds us that spiritual sense is to be trusted. That gentle nudge or invisible hand felt on the back pushing us along, guiding, directing – this is what’s real. There is no decision of “this way, or that way,” to be made — thank you for that! Brilliant Madelon! UR MOMENTS—urging us on! Relying on Spirit for guidance = shortcuts! Love all this. Your June vlog has naturally allowed me to consider all the Scriptural verses that have helped me progress. And it has taken me over 60 years to learn and demonstrate that the simple prayer, “Thy will be done,” is the most powerful and protective prayer I know. Thanks, love & blessings!

Dear Madelon
This was perfect for me as I am planning to retire from teaching in a high school by the end of the year. I have been giving this a lot of thought so your emphasis on a faith walk was very helpful. A colleague who is also retiring this year, said that she was really looking forward to change. This made me realise that I was not so sure about such a big change. I loved your idea of gates opening ahead. Thanks for a wonderful start to my day!

Listening and praying! How elementary that is to us as praying people, and yet how often do we entangle this simplicity with trying to make our way through other means! Thank you for this! It’s truly profound.

I love this vlog. I went out too not knowing where I was going. It has been a grand adventure to discover God and His goodness. Thanks so much. Abraham is my favorite Bible character. I like to think we have so much in common.
