Interrupted Journeys and Joseph

Have you had to postpone a trip in the past 18 months because of health regulations or concerns? If so, you have a lot of company. It’s what just happened again to me and a group of friends. But this time I thought about a Biblical journey that got seriously interrupted—and yet amazing good came out of it. That reminder gave new perspective, which I’ll share momentarily, as it might be relevant to you and to your friends whose journeys are also being blocked.

Dear Madelon, The Virtual Tour of Israel has been a wonderful reinforcement of my own spiritual journey: the truths I am gleaning from a renewed study of the “familiar” are helping me to realize that I do not really know the scriptures as I once thought.
